#decanthmagazine Show Climber Alex Honnold. Follow @alexhonnold @alexhonnold @alexhonnold No rope? No problem. Who else but Alex Honnold, shown here free-soloing one section (not the entire route) about 2,000 feet up The Nose of El Capitan in #Yosemite National Park. Alex had already speed-soloed this route earlier. Despite being a “recreation” of an actual event, you can see that the risk he is taking here is still very, very real. That said, I’ve never seen someone look so comfortable, or so solid, climbing 5.11 cracks with no ropes 2,000 feet up a big wall. He is truly a different breed of climber. #travel #climber #decanth #decanthmagz
